Content you submit to ClarityOS tools may be processed through Anthropic's Claude API solely for the purpose of generating responses and delivering the Service.

• We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

• Anthropic's own privacy policy governs their handling of API data. We operate under Anthropic's API terms, which prohibit using customer data for model training without consent.

• Data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States via Supabase and Anthropic infrastructure.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any decisions, actions, or communications generated using ClarityOS.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

• We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service, including Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage, under strict data protection terms.

• We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process.

• Current service providers include:

• Anthropic (AI processing)

• Supabase (database, authentication, and storage)

• Stripe (payment processing)

• In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments outlined in this Privacy Policy.
