These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClarityOS, a suite of AI-powered productivity tools including ClearSignal, ClearResolve, ClearMap, and ClearThread ("the Service"), operated by Digital Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your Account

•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach at hello@digitaltechsolutions.info.

•You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

•We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

2. Acceptable Use

ClarityOS is intended for lawful personal and professional productivity use. You agree not to:

•Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

• Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious content through the Service.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express written consent.

3. AI-Powered Features

The Service is built on Anthropic's Claude API. The following apply to all AI-generated content:

• Outputs are for informational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

• You are solely responsible for how you use, act upon, or share AI-generated outputs.

• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always apply your own judgment before relying on them.

3A. Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features. These features are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or reliability of beta features.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to ClarityOS.

• By submitting content, you grant Digital Tech Solutions LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

• We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide to the Service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you retain ownership of AI-generated outputs created through your use of the Service.

5. Free Trial

• New users may access the Service free for 14 days.

• A valid payment method is required to begin your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

• After 14 days, your selected plan will activate and billing will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Only one free trial per user. We reserve the right to deny trial access at our discretion.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Individual Tool (per tool) $7.99 / month

Full Suite Bundle (all 4 tools): $24.99 / month

• Annual billing options are available at a 25% discount across all individual plans.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@digitaltechsolutions.info and we will review your case.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or created a security risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, tool names (ClearSignal, ClearResolve, ClearMap, ClearThread), design, and software associated with ClarityOS are the exclusive property of Digital Tech Solutions LLC.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

• Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Tech Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, government actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

• We will notify users of material changes via email to your registered address.

• Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
